Returned shoes must be unworn, unaltered, and accompanied by their original packaging, tags, and accessories. Wai Lun Limited may reduce or decline a refund where returned items show wear, damage caused by you, or missing components. Return shipping costs are borne by you unless the item is confirmed damaged or defective. The 14 days period begins on the date the carrier records delivery to your address.

The 14 days no-reason refund policy does not apply to shoes worn outdoors, modified, cleaned with solvents, or damaged through misuse. Customized footwear is final sale.
